Pursuing Christ – Current Series
In life and in the church there are many lingering questions about why, what, how, and when…. And that is exactly why Martha was so busy trying to take care of all that. But Jesus commended Mary who just sat at his feet and listened. Reality church has a lot going on and questions about the future, but instead of worrying about those things, we are being called to sit at His feet for a time in order to know Him better – which IS eternal life.
Guest Speaker Troy Nesbit talks about the true definition of “Family” and how family is import for our walk with God, through authentic community and LifeGroups.
Most people have a concept of who they think Jesus is whether they grew up in church or not, except, of course, those who have never heard of him. And most of those concepts are incomplete at best and often settled on at some point and explored no further. Which is a sad thing to do with the infinite God. So, in this message, Pastor Daniel begins to take us on a journey of rediscovering just who this man is that we call Lord.
The difference between a pristine athlete and a couch potato is not so much about the phisycal difference but mostly about focus. The same is true in our spiritual race we are told about all throughout the New Testament. And that focus is not just on anything but our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Now that we’ve experienced some major changes, it is time for us to ReFocus on the one thing – or rather one Person – that all of this is about. It’s time to refocus on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.
We’ve been going through some major changes this summer and it came to a head when we backed out of a move to a new location. Now we are doing church in our cozy office. Pastor Daniel explains how this came to be and the path ahead.

And it still amazes us today. This was no small speaking from a stage. This was the epic Sermon on the Mount!
